Place the items in their original SHOEGR packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the product is securely cushioned for transit.

Pickup & Inspection

Our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package, which will then undergo a quality check at our warehouse.

Refund or Replacement

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, or your exchanged items will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
